Minimum Standards—Murupara Home Delivery District
In terms of section 16 of the Milk Act 1988, the New Zealand Milk Authority hereby:
A Revokes the notice dated 30 November 1988 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 December 1988, No. 214, page 5373, and the notice dated 25 June 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 June 1990, No. 106, page 2233, such revocations to take effect at the close of 31 January 1993.
B Determines the following minimum standards in relation to the delivery of milk by and on behalf of the processor for the Murupara home delivery district, such determination to take effect commencing on 1 February 1993. (The Murupara home delivery district covers the same area as the Murupara milk district in terms of the Milk Districts Order 1968—New Zealand Gazette, 22 August 1968, page 1403 et seq.)
(a) Frequency of delivery of milk to domestic consumers in Borough of Murupara and environs:
Minimum of 3 days per week, no two of which are to be consecutive.
(b) Times at which milk is to be delivered to domestic consumers:
Morning delivery (to be completed by 8 a.m.) and/or evening delivery commencing at 4 p.m.
(c) Point of delivery to domestic consumers:
Delivery to domestic consumers is not hereby required to be made at a point further than 1 metre from the boundary of private property with a public road or street.

Unclaimed Property—Notice of Election by the Public Trustee to Become Manager Under the Public Trust Office Act 1957, Part V
Whereas:

Stanley Angus McPhee, formerly of Ohai, boilermaker, but late of Christchurch, seaman, the owner of the property mentioned in the Schedule hereto, is dead and the Public Trustee, having made due inquiry, does not know of any agent or administrator of the said Stanley Angus McPhee in New Zealand with authority to take possession of and administer the property.

The gross value of the property (as estimated by the Public Trustee) does not exceed $4,000.

The Public Trustee is satisfied that he should become the manager of the property.
Now therefore the Public Trustee in exercise of the authority conferred upon him by section 80 (2) of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, hereby elects to be manager of the property under Part V of the said Act.
Schedule
An undivided one half share or interest as tenant in common in all that parcel of land containing 73 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 on D.P. 3907 and being also the whole of the land comprises and described in certificate of title, Volume 165, folio 288 (Southland Registry).

Securities Amendment Act 1988
The Authorised Futures Dealers Notice 1993
Pursuant to section 38 of the Securities Amendment Act 1988, the Securities Commission gives the following notice:
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Authorised Futures Dealers Notice 1993.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.
- Interpretation—(1) In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires:
“the Act” means the Securities Amendment Act 1988.
“the Exchange” means New Zealand Futures and Options Exchange Limited.
(2) Any term or expression which is not defined in this notice, but that is defined in the Act has the meaning given to it by the Act.
- Edgen Wignall and Co Futures Limited authorised to carry on business of dealing in futures contracts—(1) Edgen Wignall and Co Futures Limited is hereby authorised to carry on the business of dealing in futures contracts generally.
(2) The authorisation referred to in subclause (1) of this clause is subject to the condition that Edgen Wignall and Co Futures Limited:
(a) is a dealer within the meaning of the rules of the Exchange; and
(b) agrees to be bound by the rules of the exchange; and
(c) within 3 months after the end of the financial year of Edgen Wignall and Co Futures Limited, sends to the Securities Commission a copy of the audited financial statements for that financial year.
