Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 8th day of November 1993 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 11th day of November 1993, No. 166 at page 3379, by deleting from the land secondly described in the Schedule the number “114” and inserting “144”.

Land at Kirkwood Avenue Acquired for a Public School

Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired, subject to a building line condition imposed by Order in Council 1799 on the land firstly described, and a building line condition imposed by Authority 1842 and Pipe Line Certificate 469095 over the land secondly described, for a public school and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Notice relating to Mineral Estate of Land at Invercargill

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, hereby amends the notice dated 26 November 1993, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 2 December 1993, No. 175, page 3621, “Mineral Estate of Land Acquired for Justice Purposes Not Now Required” by amending the plan reference for the land firstly described in the Schedule to read “S.O. Plan 11862” and substituting “Section 1, S.O. Plan 11236” for the land secondly described in the Schedule.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be limited access road, which has become road, vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.
