Seventh Schedule
Canterbury Land District—Selwyn District
The full right of the Crown to convey telecommunications conferring the rights contained in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, provided that the rights and powers attaching to the right to convey telecommunications shall be the same as applies to the rights to convey water save the “cables” shall be substituted for “pipes” and “telecommunications” for “water” wherever the words appear in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952.

All that parcel of land the centre line of which is shown marked “U-V-Y-Z” on Deposited Plan 61818.
Ninth Schedule
Canterbury Land District—Selwyn District
The proprietors of the land described in the Tenth Schedule hereto have agreed not to erect any building, mast, pole or any other structure or plant any tree on the land described in the Tenth Schedule hereto without the prior consent of the Crown.

All those parcels of land being part Rural Section 5381; shown marked “B, C, E, F and G” on Deposited Plan 61818.
All that parcel of land being part Lot 1, D.P. 4031; shown marked “D” on Deposited Plan 61818.

Land and Interests over Land at Grey Road, Timaru, Acquired for a Technical Institute
Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto together with the easement described in the Second Schedule hereto and the easement described in the Third Schedule hereto and the easement described in the Fourth Schedule hereto and the easement described in the Fifth Schedule hereto and the easement described in the Sixth Schedule hereto and the easement described in the Seventh Schedule hereto are acquired for a Technical Institute and shall vest in Aoraki Polytechnic on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.

Second Schedule
Canterbury Land District—Timaru District
A right of way forever appurtenant to the land in the First Schedule and the rights and powers implied and attaching to a right of way as set out in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and the Ninth Schedule of the Property Law Act 1952 as if the same were fully set out herein.

5 square metres being part Lot 1, D.P. 60138; marked ‘B’ on plan.
Fourth Schedule
Canterbury Land District—Timaru District
The rights to drain storm water and sewage together with the rights to convey water, electric power and telecommunications forever appurtenant to the land in the First Schedule and the provisions of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952 shall be implied to the easements created herein, provided that the rights and powers attaching to the right to convey electric power and the telecommunications shall be the same as applies to the rights to convey water save that “cables” shall be substituted for “pipes” and “electric power” and “telecommunications” for “water” wherever the words appear in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952.

Land at Shirley Road Acquired for Education Purposes
Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for education purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
