Pursuant to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, hereby declares that, the portion of stopped road described in the Schedule hereto, now known as Section 1, S.O. 11687, shall be vested in Gary Wayne Hooper of New Plymouth, transport operator and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 111/256 subject to memoranda of mortgage 358439.2 and 384072.

Land in Hamilton City Acquired for Road and for Local Purpose Reserve (Segregation)

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for local purpose reserve (segregation) subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and further declares that the land in both the said Schedules shall vest in The Hamilton City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
