Notice is hereby given that by special resolution of the company dated the 1st day of December 1993, it was resolved:

“That:

(1) The declaration of solvency having been filed in accordance with section 274(2) of the Companies Act 1955, the company be wound up voluntarily.

(2) Mr William John Lynch, chartered accountant of Paeroa, be appointed liquidator.”
