Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

We, Paul Francis Spillane and Bryce Warren Hawkins, business persons of Hamilton, hereby gives notice that on the 6th day of December 1993, they appointed Peter Ross McLean and David Murray Blanchett, both chartered accountants of Hamilton, care of Beattie Rickman and Co., corner of Bryce and Anglesea Streets, Hamilton, as receivers and managers of the property of Yorker Apparel Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Hamilton, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 29th day of June 1984, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Yorker Apparel Limited.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The National Bank of New Zealand Limited, with reference to Omni-Pak Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 6th day of December 1993, the bank appointed Anthony George Lewis and Kevin James Beardsley, chartered accountants, partners of Coopers & Lybrand in Wellington and Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 1st day of July 1987.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
