Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Centre Hill Survey District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of Te Anau-Mossburn Road (State Highway 94) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and further declares the areas of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, when so stopped, be amalgamated in firstly fee simple certificate of title No. 10A/647, subject to existing encumbrances and secondly incorporated in the deferred payment licence in Register Book No. 5C/871, subject to existing encumbrances.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken and when so taken, be amalgamated in firstly fee simple certificate of title No. 10A/647, subject to existing encumbrances and secondly incorporated in the deferred payment licence in Register Book No. 5C/871, subject to existing encumbrances.
