Notice Setting Apart General Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 (1) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on
the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the general
land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a
Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place for the
common use and benefit of Te Wau Pukawa, otherwise known
as Te Wau Pukawa Martin and her descendants.

Area

2023 The land known as Ohura South A3E2C2A, and
being all the land contained in certificate of title
1749/8, Auckland Registry.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953, and pursuant to a recommendation of
the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in
the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation
for the purpose of a village site, meeting place, building site
and place of historical significance for the common use and
benefit of the descendants of Poukoura Peka. The reservation
is to be known as Kerewhenua.

North Auckland Land District

All that piece of land situated in Block XII and XVI, Omapiere
Survey District and described as follows:

1.096 Waiwhariki 1D1C2B, and being part of the land
contained in the partition order of the Maori
Land Court, dated the 17th day of February
1950.

for the purpose of a whare wananga and a house of ancestral
records for the common use and benefit of the owners and
descendants of owners of Waitangi 23 Block, being commonly
known as Te Aroha Noa Reserve.

All that piece of land situated in Block IV, Kawakawa Survey
District and described as follows:

2700 Part Waitangi 23 Block, and being part of the land
contained in the partition order of the Maori Land
Court, dated the 27th day of August 1965.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act
1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori
Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
    Notice Whangarei 1993, No. 18.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in
    relation only to the piece of land described in the Second
    Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
    released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act
