Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to be stopped, and that The Manukau City Council has approved, pursuant to section 405 (2) of the Resource Management Act 1991, with the prior consent of the Minister of Conservation obtained, the stopping of the said portion of road with the condition that section 345 (3) of the Local Government Act 1974, shall not apply.
