Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 405 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that The Institution of Production Engineers Limited, a company incorporated in England, but having a place of business in New Zealand at Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, intends to cease to have places of business in New Zealand as from the 9th day of March 1994.
