Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of November 1993, an order was made by the District Court, pursuant to section 84(2)(a) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, for the confiscation of the following vehicle owned by the above-named:

On 16 November 1993 at the High Court at Hamilton Mark Richard Wilcox of 75 Kauri Point, Laingholm was convicted and sentenced to 6 years and 3 months imprisonment following his conviction on supplying a class A drug (×2), manufacturing a class A drug (×2) and possession for supply of a class A drug (×2).

And in addition to the above penalty Justice P. G. S. Penlington has ordered that a 1983 Toyota Celica motor vehicle, registered number RM6004 owned by the above-named defendant Mark Richard Wilcox be forfeited to Her Majesty pursuant to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 and section 32(4) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975.

The vehicle is to be delivered to the Registrar, High Court, Hamilton forthwith.

Penlington has ordered that a 1976 Chevrolet Corvette motor vehicle, registered number OC6014, owned by the above-named defendant Mark Richard Wilcox be forfeited to Her Majesty pursuant to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 and section 32(4) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975.

The vehicle is to be delivered to the Registrar, High Court, Hamilton forthwith.

Retired District Court Judge, to be an Acting District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction at such place or places and for such period or periods only as the Chief District Court Judge may fix pursuant to the said section 10A for a term of 12 months on and from 17 December 1993, and

William John Mitchell and

Fergus Gordon Paterson

Retired District Court Judges, to be Acting District Court Judges, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction and to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Courts under Part IIA of the District Courts Act 1947 at such place or places and for such period or periods only as the Chief District Court Judge may fix pursuant to the said section 10A for a term of 12 months on and from 17 December 1993.

International Air Services Licensing Act 1947

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, John Gibson Bradbury, Manager Air Services, give the following notice:

Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Qantas Airways Limited relating to frequency of services beyond New Zealand from Australia. This amendment will take effect from 24 December 1993.
