2. Dissolving Marua Sawmills Limited (in liquidation), pursuant to section 267 of the Companies Act 1955;

and upon reading the affidavit of Raymond Arthur Hancox and upon hearing Miss Sarah Johnson as counsel on behalf of the liquidator, this Court orders:

1. The liquidator is released from his administration of the property of Marua Sawmills Limited (in liquidation); and

2. Marua Sawmills Limited (in liquidation) is dissolved.
