The National Bank of New Zealand Limited (“the bank”), being the holder of a debenture bearing date the 19th day of May 1989, hereby gives notice that at the request of the directors of Venison New Zealand Marketing Limited (“the company”), the bank has appointed Anthony George Lewis and Robert Ian Thompson, both chartered accountants of Wellington, to be joint and several receivers and managers of the property of the company under the powers contained in the said debenture.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
