Declaring Land to be Acquired for the Generation of Electricity in Waitaki County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for the generation of electricity and shall vest in the Crown on the 25th day of November 1993.

All that land containing 1.2247 hectares, more or less, being part Run 547, Block VII, Ohau River Survey District; shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 23916, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin. Part certificate of title No. 223/10, Otago Land Registry.
