The National Bank of New Zealand Limited, with reference to Anslow’s Services Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 4th day of February 1993, the bank appointed Anthony George Lewis and Ian McCallum Hercus, both chartered accountants of Coopers & Lybrand, UDC Tower, 113–119 The Terrace (P.O. Box 243), Wellington, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 29th day of April 1990.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, wheresoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
