Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Westland District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hokitika, hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 73, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and added to and become part of Okuku Scenic Reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
