Pursuant to section 28ZFZ (2) of the Fisheries Act 1983 and delegation made pursuant to section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, the Director (Operations), MAF Fisheries hereby makes the following notice:

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Southern Scallop Fishery Rotational Fishing) Notice (No. 2) 1993.

(2) This notice shall come into effect on the 19th day of November 1993.

2. Interpretation—In this notice any reference to the Southern Scallop Fishery means the fishery described in Part I of Schedule 1D to the Fisheries Act 1983.
