Graeme John Richardson and Geoffrey Creighton, hereby gives notice that on the 4th day of November 1993, they appointed Graeme Law Ingham, chartered accountant, whose office is at the offices of Ingham Mora Malcolm & Russell, Chartered Accountants, Realty House, Durham Street, Tauranga, as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 31st day of July 1992.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatssoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
