Declaration Revoking the Dissolution of a Society

I, Neville Lindsay Manning, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the declaration dissolving the Opotiki District Ten Thousand Club Incorporated GS. I.S. 214450, was made in error and that that declaration ought to be revoked, the said declaration is hereby revoked accordingly, pursuant to section 28 (5) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

Fisheries (Bycatch Trade-Off) Notice (No. 6) 1993 (No. 5306)

Pursuant to section 28zg of the Fisheries Act 1983, and a delegation made pursuant to section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, the Director (Operations), MAF Fisheries hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Bycatch Trade-Off) Notice (No. 6) 1993.

(2) This notice shall come into effect on the 12th day of November 1993.

  1. Interpretation—In this notice:

(a) The principal notice means the Fisheries (Bycatch Trade-Off) Notice (No. 5) 1993 [(No. 5305) published in the New Zealand Gazette on 4 November 1993, No. 161 at page 3288]; and

(b) Any references to Quota Management Areas, Target species and Bycatch species, and Methods in this notice are as defined or specified in the principal notice.

  1. Amendment to principal notice—The principal notice is hereby amended by deleting BT (bottom trawling) as the method by which bycatches of ELE 3 must have been taken when fishing for the target species SPO 3 or SCH 3 in quota management area 3, and substituting the method SN (set netting).

Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988

Notice of Reassessment of Anti-Dumping Duty on Refined Sugar From Germany, Malaysia and Thailand

Pursuant to subsections 14(2), 14(3A) (as inserted by subsection 10(2) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Amendment Act 1990), and 19(4) (as inserted by section 15 of that Amendment Act) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, the Minister of Commerce gives the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Final Determination: Dumping Investigation Refined Sugar (Refined from Sugar Cane or Sugar Beets), Amendment No. 2.

(2) This notice shall be read with and deemed part of the notice dated 9 November 1988 and entitled Final Determination: Dumping Investigation Refined Sugar (Refined from Sugar Cane or Sugar Beets)* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

(3) Subject to clause 4 of this notice, this notice shall come into force on the day after the date on which it is published in the New Zealand Gazette.

  1. Anti-dumping duty amended—The principal notice is hereby amended by omitting the Schedule (as inserted by the notice dated 22 February 1990 and entitled Final Determination: Dumping Investigation Refined Sugar (Refined from Sugar Cane or Sugar Beets), Amendment No. 1**) and substituting the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this notice.

  2. Consequential amendments—The notice entitled Final Determination: Dumping Investigation Refined Sugar (Refined from Sugar Cane or Sugar Beets), Amendment No. 1**, is hereby amended by revoking the Schedule to that notice.

  3. Savings—In respect of the goods subject to the principal notice that are imported under contracts entered into prior to the date of this notice, for a period of one year from the date after the date on which this notice is published in the New Zealand Gazette, the principal notice shall apply as if this notice had not been made.
