Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of section 281 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the members of Bowman & Harrison Limited (in liquidation), will be held at 10 a.m. at the office of Spear & Co., 27A Coquet Street, Oamaru on Friday, the 26th day of November 1993.

The object of the meeting is for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of.

Notice Calling Final Meeting

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Door & Panel Industries Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that the final meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Chambers Nicholls, Eighth Floor, AMP Centre, 47 Cathedral Square, Christchurch at 11 a.m. on Monday, the 6th day of December 1993, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to pass the following resolution:

“That the records of the company be disposed of 12 months after the date of this meeting.”

Every member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of that member. A proxy need not be a member or creditor of the company.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the offices of Chambers Nicholls, Eighth Floor, AMP Centre, 47 Cathedral Square, Christchurch, not later than 4 o’clock in the afternoon of the 3rd day of December 1993.
