Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers and Notice of Cancellation of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Ross Lowes and Yvonne Lowes, debenture holders, both of Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 8th day of October 1993, they appointed John Lawrence Vague and Gillian Eve Edwards, chartered accountants, both of Auckland, as receivers and managers of Avonlea Home for the Elderly Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 24th day of October 1989, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by Avonlea Home for the Elderly Limited.

Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of October 1993, John Lawrence Vague and Gillian Eve Edwards ceased to act as receivers and managers of the property of Avonlea Home for the Elderly Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 24th day of October 1989, as described above. No new receivers were appointed by Ross Lowes and Yvonne Lowes.
