Land Set Apart for Conservation Purposes in Westland District

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hokitika, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for conservation purposes subject to the Conservation Act 1987.

Land Acquired for Road (State Highway No. 2)—Wairoa District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is acquired for road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 shall form part of State Highway No. 2 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Road—Wairoa District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of April 1993, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 22nd day of April 1993, No. 54, page 1035, under the heading “Land Acquired for Road—Wairoa District” by substituting The Gisborne District Council for The Wairoa District Council in the declaration.
