6.4 Premier Call Plans

6.4.1 Standard Premier Call Plan

The following maximum call discounts were allowed for those customers enrolled on the Standard Premier Plan:

  • National Calls 18%
  • Australia 14%
  • Rest of World 10%

6.4.2 Premier 24 Call Plan

The following maximum discounts were allowed to those customers (i.e. members of the hotel industry) enrolled on the Premier 24 Call Plan:

  • National (Peak Periods) 16%
  • National (Off-Peak Periods) 20%
  • Australia (Peak Periods) 12%
  • Australia (Off-Peak Periods) 16%
  • Rest of World (Peak Periods) 8%
  • Rest of World (Off-Peak) 12%

6.4.3 Premier Government Call Plan

The following maximum discounts were allowed to those customers (i.e. Government Departments) enrolled on the Premier Government Call Plan:

  • National Calls to Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin 21%
  • All other National Calls 18%
  • Australia 14%
  • Rest of World 10%

The actual discounts allowed in respect of the above call plans depended on the following criteria:

  • centralised account management;
  • prompt payment of bills;
  • preferred vendor status;
  • ABR target bonus;
  • joint account planning;
  • 1st year contract renewal incentive;
  • 2nd year contract renewal incentive;
  • 3rd year contract renewal incentive.
