- Charge for installation of a 19.2 kbit/s circuit... $600.00
- Charge for installation of a 48 kbit/s circuit... $600.00
- Charge for installation of a 64kbit/s circuit... $2000.00
- Charge for installation of a 128 kbit/s circuit... $2000.00
- Charge for installation of a 192 kbit/s circuit... $5000.00
- Charge for installation of a 256 kbits circuit... $5000.00

Notes:
- The installation fee will be waived where the customer enters into a one year or longer-term contract.
- In some cases it may be possible to provide service at 56kbit/s in which case a provisioning surcharge of $4,200 applies. Extension of 56 kbit/s service beyond the “City Step” tariff zones may not be available. A monthly surcharge may also be payable for any such circuit extension.
Monthly Lease Charges
Charges for standard Lightstream are payable monthly. The service is available either for specified minimum contract periods, or on a cheaper longer-term contract basis.
