Installation Charges

The following are end-to-end prices for Lightstream Enhanced delivered to the Service Delivery Point within the "City Step" or "Primary/Secondary Area" tariff zones as set out above, and cover both the Telstra Australia and Telecom charges for providing Lightstream Service.

The installation fee is a once-only charge payable when the service is ordered and is not refundable, except where a refund under the SLG applies. Equipment charges for the local access circuit may be additional.

Charge for installation of a 48 kbit/s circuit... $3950.00
Charge for installation of a 64 kbit/s circuit... $5350.00
Charge for installation of a 128 kbit/s circuit... $6000.00
Charge for installation of a 192 kbit/s circuit... $9400.00
Charge for installation of a 256 kbit/s circuit... $9650.00
Charge for installation of a 384 kbit/s circuit... $10,350.00
Charge for installation of a 512 kbit/s circuit... $11,000.00
Prices for circuits at data rates above 512 kbit/s are available on application to the customer's Telecom Account Manager.

Notes:

GST is payable on the whole amount if the service is billed in New Zealand.
The installation fee will be waived where the customer enters into a one-year or longer-term contract.

Monthly Rental Charges

Charges for Lightstream Enhanced are payable monthly. The service is available either for specified minimum contract periods, or on a cheaper longer-term contract basis.
