Land Set Apart for a Crown Research Institute, Gracefield Road, Hutt City

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares that, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for a Crown research institute and remains vested in the Crown, and a pursuant to section 28 (b) of the said Act declares that a water supply easement in gross, as described in the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired by The Hutt City Council.
