Pursuant to section 3(1) of the Mines Rescue Trust Act 1992, and whereas the Minister of Labour is satisfied that the Mines Rescue Trust is incorporated as a board under Part II of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and that its functions and its constitution comply with the requirements of sections 3(1)(b) and 3(2) respectively of the Mines Rescue Trust Act 1992, the Minister of Labour hereby gives notice that he approves the Mines Rescue Trust Board for the purposes of the Mines Rescue Trust Act 1992, with effect on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
