District Court Judges Appointed
Pursuant to section 5 of the District Courts Act 1947, Her Excellency the Governor General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Graeme Roderick Joyce, barrister of Auckland
and
David John Llewellyn Saunders, barrister and solicitor of Christchurch
to be District Court Judges, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction in New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the District Court under Part IIA of the District Courts Act 1947, and
Allan Neil MacLean, barrister and solicitor of Christchurch
to be a District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction in New Zealand.
