(b) That Ian Gordon Stuart Donald does not, while holding office as statutory supervisor, hold any office or appointment (including appointment as auditor) in the trust or in respect of the scheme;

(c) That Ian Gordon Stuart Donald is not, while holding office as statutory supervisor, an employee of the trust;

(d) That Ian Gordon Stuart Donald does not, while holding office as statutory supervisor, control or have any right to control directly or indirectly the management or affairs of the trust or the scheme otherwise than in connection with the exercise of his functions and powers as statutory supervisor;

(e) That Ian Gordon Stuart Donald does not, while holding office as statutory supervisor, hold any participatory securities in respect of, or have any interest in, the scheme;

(f) That while Ian Gordon Stuart Donald holds office as statutory supervisor, no relationship exists between him and the trust or the scheme that affects or is likely to affect adversely the exercise of his functions and powers as statutory supervisor;

(g) That while Ian Gordon Stuart Donald holds office as statutory supervisor, satisfactory professional indemnity insurance is maintained in respect of the exercise of his functions and powers as statutory supervisor.

Declaring State Highways to be Limited Access Road State Highway 22: Drury Bridge to Jesmond Road

It is noted that Transit New Zealand by resolution dated 6 October 1993 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 22 from its junction with State Highway 1 at Drury Bridge (RP 0/0.00) in a generally westerly direction for a distance of approximately 1.97 km to its junction with Jesmond Road (RP 0/1.97) as more particularly shown on Sheet 7 of plan LA/10/70/0 held in the office of the Regional Manager Transit New Zealand Auckland and there available for public inspection to be a limited access road.

Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road State Highway 1: Ashburton

It is noted that Transit New Zealand by resolution dated 6 October 1993 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares those parts of State Highway No. 1 at Ashburton from Racecourse Road (RP 416/12.09) to the intersection of Havelock Street (RS 430) on the eastern side of the highway and from the southern abutment of the Ashburton River Bridge (RP 430/1.30) to a point 200 m south of Hassal Street (RP 430/3.70) on the western side of the highway, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of plan TNZ CH/46 and accompanying schedules held in the office of the Regional Manager Transit New Zealand Christchurch and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as local purpose (road) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Manukau City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
