Notice is hereby given that by order of the High Court of New Zealand, a meeting of creditors of Lancer Construction Limited (in receivership) will be held at the Takapuna War Memorial Hall, The Strand, Takapuna at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, the 27th day of October 1993:

1. The purpose of the meeting is to consider and, if thought fit, approve (with or without modification) a scheme of arrangement between Lancer Construction Limited (in receivership) and its creditors.

2. All creditors of Lancer Construction Limited (in receivership) are entitled to attend and vote at the meeting. For this purpose a “creditor” includes any person to whom Lancer Construction Limited (in receivership) owes a liability, duty or obligation of any nature (whether present or future, actual or contingent) as at today’s date.
