Notes:

1. Section 291 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, provides that as soon as the affairs of the company are fully wound up, the liquidators shall also call a meeting of creditors of the company. The liquidators have deemed it expedient to hold such meeting at the same time and place as the meeting of members.

2. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the liquidators at the offices of Smith Chilcott not later than 4 o’clock in the afternoon on the 10th day of November 1993.

Take notice that as the affairs of the company are fully wound up, the liquidators hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the company to be held in the above matter at the New Zealand Society of Accountants Conference Centre, 27–33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland on the 11th day of November 1993 at 11 o’clock in the forenoon.

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch on the 4th day of November 1993 at 2.30 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the properties of the company have been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidators.

Further Business:

To resolve, pursuant to section 328 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1955, that the liquidators be authorised to dispose of the books of the company and of the liquidators as they think fit.

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote for them. A proxy need not be a member.
