RULES OF ORIGIN – DETERMINATION OF IMPORTED MATERIAL
NOTICE 1993 – 1
In terms of Regulation 70(b)(iii) of the Customs Regulations 1968, ‘Goods Wholly Manufactured in Australia’, the following materials have been determined:
Polyester satin fabric, woven, not printed, weighing less than 125 g/sq m, for use in the manufacture of clothing of Chapter 62, other than linings or pocketings
This determination is effective from 14 April 1992.

In terms of Regulation 70(b)(iii) of the Customs Regulations 1968, ‘Goods Wholly Manufactured in Australia’, the following materials have been determined:
Cotton yarn, 100% combed, marl top dyed, 1/30 ECC, being yarns other than wool carpet yarns or yarns put up for retail sale
This determination is effective from 25 August 1992.
