Under the order for winding up of the above-named company dated the 13th day of September 1993, notice is given that the first meeting of creditors will be held at Level Six, 135 Victoria Street, Wellington on Wednesday, the 20th day of October 1993 at 10 a.m. Meeting of contributories to follow.

Creditors must lodge their proofs of debt and proxies by 12 noon on the 19th day of October 1993, for voting purposes.

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a final meeting of creditors and a final general meeting of members of the above-named company will be held at the offices of M. Stanford, Chartered Accountants, Third Floor, Securities House, 76 Symonds Street, Auckland City on the 29th day of October 1993 at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

To consider and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:

“That the books and papers be retained by the liquidator for 5 years and then destroyed.”
