WELLINGTON: THURSDAY, 7 OCTOBER 1993 — ISSUE NO. 143
Notifying Issue of Writs, Date of Polling, etc.
Pursuant to a Warrant under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General, dated the 4th day of October 1993 directed to the Clerk of the Writs, I have this day issued writs to all Returning Officers authorising them to proceed to the election of members of Parliament for all electoral districts within New Zealand and have fixed Thursday, the 14th day of October 1993, as the last day for the nomination of candidates, Saturday, the 6th day of November 1993, as the day upon which the poll for such elections shall (if necessary) be taken, and Friday, the 26th day of November 1993, as the day on or before which the said writs shall be returnable to me.
