Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and further declares that the land in both Schedules shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Revoking a Notice Setting Land in Otorohanga District Apart for the Purposes of a Parking Place

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby revokes the notice dated the 7th day of April 1993, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 15 April 1993, No. 51, page 964, setting land in Otorohanga District apart for the purposes of a parking place.
