Corrigendum

Change of Name of Carrington Polytechnic to UNITEC - Institute of Technology

Pursuant to section 162 (5) of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

N o t i c e

1. (a) The name of the tertiary institution known as Carrington Polytechnic, Mount Albert, Auckland, is hereby changed to:

UNITEC - Institute of Technology.

2. This notice shall come into force on 1 February 1994 and replaces notice No. 133, published on page 2746 of the 16 September 1993 edition of the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated the 20th day of August 1993, which was granted under those regulations to Anna Tawhiti in respect of Te Paharakete O Whare Roa Te Kohanga Reo, Taiaho Place, Wharerora Marae, Tauranga.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
