Land Transfer Act Notices

Evidence of the loss of the outstanding copy of the renewable lease 1860/43 affecting Section 64, Block V, Takahue Survey District, whereby John Mild, painter of Mareeba, Australia and Harry Grant Howey, retired of Kaitaia, are the lessees having been lodged with me together with an application to merge the said lease without production of the same in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such merger of lease upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
