Notice of Special General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that there will be a special general meeting of the above-named company to be held at 10 Arawa Street, Raumati, at 10 a.m. on the 1st day of March 1993, for the purposes of passing the following special resolution for the alteration of the provisions of the memorandum of association of the company with respect to the objects and powers of the company, namely:
