Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The National Mutual Life Association of Australasia Limited ("NML") with reference to Western Bay Brokers Limited (in receivership), hereby gives notice that on the 27th day of January 1993, NML appointed Donald Leroy Francis and Roy James Cowley, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at 61 Molesworth Street, Wellington, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 24th day of November 1987.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Westpac Banking Corporation hereby gives notice that on the 27th day of January 1993, it appointed at the request of the directors of Foursome Fabrics Limited, Russell Stuart Hay and Rodney Gane Pardingdon, chartered accountants, whose office is care of Deloitte Ross Tohmatsu, Tower Two, Shortland Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland, as joint and several receivers and managers of all the assets and property of the above-named company under the power contained in an instrument dated the 27th day of August 1969, being a debenture from the above-mentioned company to Westpac Banking Corporation.
