Land and Road at Smith Street, Kaiapoi and Empire Road, Coutts Island Set Apart for Motorway, the Purposes of a Road and Road

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares the land and road described in the First, Second and Third Schedules hereto, to be set apart for motorway, the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, to be set apart for the purposes of a road, and the land described in the Fifth Schedule to be set apart for road.
