Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring
Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori
Development, hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
   Notice Whangarei 1993, No. 48.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in
   relation only to the piece of land described in the Second
   Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
   hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs
   Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment at Lake Pukaki (Hayman Road)

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to
a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager
(Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land
Information, Christchurch, hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land
described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and
vested in The Mackenzie District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(3), declares the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped
and shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act
1948.
