Otari Reserve: Change of Name to Otari Native Botanic Garden

Pursuant to the section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, The Wellington City Council hereby declares that the reserve known as Otari Reserve, as described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be known as the Otari Native Botanic Garden.

1. 57.7689 hectares, more or less, being Subdivisions 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Lot IX, Otari Block, part Lots VI, VII and VIII and part Section 2, Kaiwharawhara District, situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. All certificate of title 255/167. S.O. Plans 15345 and 15615.

2. 5929 square metres, more or less, being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 25475 and part Section 12, Kaiwharawhara District, situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. All certificate of title D1/75. S.O. Plan 24211. Subject to fencing covenant in transfer 616877.

3. 9247 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 30270, situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. All certificate of title 6D/1259. Subject to fencing covenants in transfers 151001 and 398804.

4. 6.5500 hectares, more or less, being Lot 54, D.P. 46309, situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. All certificate of title 20D/1093.

5. 1.8234 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 32083, situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. All certificate of title 20D/1094.

6. 5413 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 27801, situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. All certificate of title 5A/1080.

7. 33 square metres, more or less, being part Section 12, Kaiwharawhara District, situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. All certificate of title D1/76.

8. 1209 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, D.P. 3647, situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. All certificate of title 248/171.

9. 1.4113 hectares, more or less, being part Lot 1, Plan A/2512, situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. All certificate of title 176/113. Subject to the fencing covenant in transfer 69234.

10. 5.0796 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, Plan A/2216, situated Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. Part Gazette notice 539565.1.
