Land Set Apart for Purposes Functioning Indirectly of a Road in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for purposes functioning indirectly of a road and shall remain vested in the Crown.

Land and Easements Acquired for Water Supply Purposes and for Drainage Works in South Waikato District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for water supply purposes; the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for drainage works; the right of way easements in gross described in the Third Schedule hereto are hereby acquired in connection with water supply purposes over the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto; the right to drain water easements in gross described in the Fifth Schedule hereto are hereby acquired in connection with water supply purposes and further declares that the said land and easements shall vest in The South Waikato District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
