Land Set Apart for Reserve in Te Moana Road, Kapiti Coast District

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for a reserve and remains vested in the Crown, subject to, pursuant to section 48 (4) of the Reserves Act 1977, and section 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, a right of way over the parts marked “G”, “H” and “I” on S.O. 37027, being retained in favour of Section 2, S.O. 37027 (formerly part Section 1, S.O. 36391) and a gas pipeline easement in gross over the parts marked “P”, “Q”, “V” and “W” on S.O. 37027, in favour of the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Limited.

Amending a Notice Declaring Road to be Stopped in Horowhenua District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 27th day of July 1993, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 30 July 1993, No. 118, page 2609, by removing from the preamble the words “declares the land described”, and by amending the land fourthly described in the Schedule to read “part Section 3,”.
