Amending a Declaration Declaring Land to be Road and Accessway Stopped in Auckland City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, amends the declaration dated the 11th day of August 1993, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 19th day of August 1993, No. 124, page 2481, declaring land to be road and accessway stopped pursuant to sections 114 and 116 of the Public Works Act 1981 by:

(i) Omitting from the First Schedule the area of land fourthly described, and

(ii) By adding to the operative clause a new clause “(c) Pursuant to section 114 the portion of accessway thirdly described in the Second Schedule, when so stopped, to be road which shall vest in The Auckland City Council”.
