Foothold Holdings Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 91 Glen Road, Kelburn, Wellington, gives notice that on the 25th day of August 1993, it appointed Robert John McGregor, chartered accountant of Lower Hutt and Geoffrey William Kiddle, chartered accountant of Lower Hutt, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Cloudwalker Shoes (1987) Limited under the provisions contained in a debenture dated the 31st day of July 1990, which property consists of all the assets, property and undertaking of the said company.
