Advertising Rates

The following rates for the insertion of material in the New Zealand Gazette apply as from 1 July 1991:

Category 1

Single column notices, e.g.: Notices under the Companies Act, Insolvency Act, and Public Works Act—55c per word.

Category 2

Notices in table form or taking up two columns across the page, e.g.: Change of Company Name notices, Regulation Summaries—60c per word.

The appropriate rate to be applied to an advertisement will be determined at the time of setting up the notice for publication. Customers will be invoiced in accordance with standard commercial practices. Advertising rates are not negotiable.

All rates shown are inclusive of G.S.T.

Notice of Order for Conditional Discharge

Section 110 of the Insolvency Act 1967

In Bankruptcy in the High Court of New Zealand, Hamilton Registry

B. No. 306/88

In the matter of the Insolvency Act 1967, and in the matter of Selwyn Roberts Hooker:

Take notice, that by orders of this Court dated the 2nd day of August 1993, it was ordered that:

  1. Selwyn Roberts Hooker be prohibited from:
    (a) Entering into or carrying on any business or class of business, either alone or in partnership with any person;
    (b) Being engaged in the management or control of any business carried on by or on behalf of, or being in the employ of, any of the following persons, namely, the bankrupt’s wife, a lineal ancestor or descendant of the bankrupt, the wife or husband of such an ancestor or descendant, a brother of the bankrupt, the wife of such a brother, a sister of the bankrupt and the husband of such a sister;
    (c) Acting as a director or taking part directly or indirectly in the management of any company or class of company for a period of ten (10) years from the date on which Selwyn Roberts Hooker is discharged from his bankruptcy (1 September 1993).

  2. Reserving leave for Selwyn Roberts Hooker to apply to this Court at any time within the ten (10) year period for leave to do any of the things from which he is prohibited by order 1 above.

Notice of Order for Conditional Discharge

Section 110 of the Insolvency Act 1967

In Bankruptcy in the High Court of New Zealand, Tauranga Registry

B. No. 79/89

In the matter of the Insolvency Act 1967, and in the matter of Alan Kimberley Garrity of 341 Devonport Road, Tauranga:

Take notice, that by orders of this Court dated the 10th day of August 1993, it was ordered that:

  1. Alan Kimberley Garrity be discharged from his bankruptcy.

  2. Alan Kimberley Garrity be prohibited until 5 December 1995 from doing the following, after discharge, without leave of the Court:
    (a) Entering into or carrying on any business or class of business, either alone or in partnership with any person;
    (b) Being engaged in the management or control of any business carried on by or on behalf of, or being in the employ of, any of the following persons, namely, the bankrupt’s wife, a lineal ancestor or descendant of the bankrupt, the wife or husband of such an ancestor or descendant, a brother of the bankrupt, the wife of such a brother, a sister of the bankrupt and the husband of such a sister;
    (c) Acting as a director or taking part directly or indirectly in the management of any company or class of company.
