International Air Services Licensing Act 1947

Notice of Application to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 14A of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Qantas Airways has applied for amendments to its International Air Service Licence so as to allow the airline to introduce services beyond New Zealand to Papeete from Australia.

Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me on or before 24 September 1993.

Land Transport Act 1993

Functions of the Authority

Pursuant to section 17 (2) of the Land Transport Act 1993, I, William Robson Storey, Minister of Transport, hereby prescribe as an additional function of the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand, the responsibility for the administration of the Land Transport Fund in so far as it relates to fees and charges collected on behalf of the Crown under the Road User Charges Act 1977 and Part 1 of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986.
