By order of the High Court at Auckland, dated the 30th day of July 1993, Michael Peter Stiassny and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants of Auckland, have been appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company with a committee of inspection comprising of Laurence James Flittem, credit controller, Thomas Chandler, general manager and Margaret Eve Hogan, company secretary, all of Auckland.

Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Peter Reginald Jollands, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of Airconditioning Refrigeration Specialties Limited, by the creditors of the company on the 26th day of August 1993.

The liquidator hereby fixes the 20th day of September 1993, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
