ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited, a company having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 18th day of August 1993, it appointed Peter Ross McLean and Stuart Raymond Cann, chartered accountants of Hamilton, to be receivers and managers over all the undertaking, property and assets of Radial Engineering & Mechanical Limited (“the company”) under the provisions of a debenture dated the 20th day of December 1991, granted in its favour by the company.
